      Pros

      While learning curves in the support team around the software can be hard when you Initially start, I think our training could be a bit more advanced internally to help engineers who are struggling as it seems the biggest issue is that some engineers struggle with basic concepts of how the software fundamentally works.

      Cons

      There are no real downsides, personally I love working here and hope to continue for a long time

      pretty flexible working time innovation autonomy

      • Poor management decisions: constat change of company strategy • Individual realization not important: wiping off entire teams that were over performing in very recent time • Individual performance is not a criteria for being laid off or not. • Micromanagement: over-control • Poor management decisions: regional split, not based on accounts • Micromanagement: too much focus on useless KPIs • Poor management decisions: too many limitations on business trips • Micromanagement: mandatory office days for inside sales • Micromanagement: Too much inexplicable pressure • Micromanagement: Toxic environment by putting at fight people in same team and giving the credit to the losing individual purely based on personal appreciation.

      I've been working at Veeam for 7 years. Here I managed to grow from a middle developer to a leader of a team. Now I manage 3 projects. We plan to expand our team and take control of more projects. Veeam provided me a great opportunity to grow and develop myself. I plan to continue working here.

      It's always hard to work in a competitive environment but it provides challenges and interesting tasks.
