      Company was amazing to work for, not anymore

      Pros

      -Let's say benefits, -Maybe salary package for some teams,

      Cons

      Company was great but now it is on a downhill trend, They have cut down on benefits, NO real appreciation for hard workers, close to zero promotion and development opportunities, Very bad upper management decisions, actual VPs are being fired/ forced to quit, they claim to offer competitive salary packages but in reality they are under the market and now they are not even covering the inflation like they used to do for the past 10 years. Lots of teams are being overworked, micromanagement wherever you look, toxic and unprepared local management that lack accountability. Overall, the relation Company > Employee is going down and relation Company > Investor is going up, which depending on how you look at it can be good or bad.

      Growing in the right direction

      - Renewed company focus on rewarding merit - Ample resources to pursue career development - Unlimited PTO for better work/life balance - Excellent benefits options

      Cons

      - Still in growing pains but leadership vision more clear - So much change and new initiatives it can be hard to maintain knowledge share - Still high pressure on numbers but quality around process to achieve them is steadily improving - Culture in flux so not as strong currently
