      Great product, awful management

      Pros

      Product is great so it helps sales. You get to travel more than you would at other companies as inside sales. The compensation is decent.

      Cons

      the company is under the impression you are an asset, not an employee. Targets are in many ways unrealistic, 35% growth y o y. The turnover is huge, they use the probation period as a blackmail tool. It is clear from day one this is NOT an employee friendly company. The training is inadequate and support from management is non-existent. Absolutely no flexibility. They don't know what home office, short Friday or legal holidays are. Most managers are from Russia, with russian mentality.

      Overall a fast growing software company, great technology and good commision

      Cons

      The UK is currently being run by a bunch of industry drop outs.. Most of the senior management have previously been fired from decent Vendors and it seems no one globally is aware of this.

      Not much to share about

      Cons

      Lot of people were and are being fired. Managers sit in Russia and there is no one to monitor employees. They hire and fire people during training itself. Micro management and there is constant fear of losing yout job from the first day itself. No proper structure of trainings and mentor is for name sake who will try and find flaws in everything and when you reach out for help there is none.
