      Pros

      We have great kickoff parties and events. Comparable pay and benefits to other IT companies. Meet a lot of new people as there is a huge employee turnover.

      Cons

      Management is unfocused and has lost sense of direction, as well as concern for employees. Used to be a decent company but so much of the direction comes from the Russia office. Russia and US offices don't work well together. Younger employees are promoted over more experienced employees. Company is not what it used to be. Trying to hold on with hopes that things will turn around.

      Pros

      The only pro is the one star I have given this company in my rating. I tried to give no stars but it didn't seem to work.

      Cons

      What's the word maximum here? Screwed up company. "Are we in the USA or Russia?" is what I find myself asking all too often. I can seriously say that any & all positive reviews here must have been written by management to make it look like a nice, decent, fulfilling place to work. Ha! Consider yourself forewarned.

      The sun shines through the windows, only on sunny days though

      Cons

      Call center mentality, micro-micro managed, about to install "security" access cards to monitor how many times you use the restroom, what time you come to work, what time you leave, etc. They sell you on team environment and promotions from within but dont be fooled. Many individuals take sole credit for the success of a territory even if they were waiting tables a short while ago. Private "one on ones" kill team spirit, managers get fellow employees to spy and do the dirty work on fellow team mates. Outside team gets all the praise/money for doing nothing.
