Pros

nice colleagues, and some benefits.

Cons

Sometimes, huge mistakes happen in the salary area Add targets impossible to achieve business trips financially are very low that you need to pay from your pocket. layoffs every year and few compensation salaries the CEO has no clue on how to do his job. they laid off all the senior employees with tons of experience to hire juniors on a way smaller salary. upper management is not professional. you are a team leader if you do not have much experience and serve another upper manager as a slave. Burnout situations and no vacation is allowed at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December) The only message from the company is hygiene, discipline, and ownership. Veeam employees matter is crap. no employee matter and we are treated as disposable objects. The latest launchpad was not about the employees as everyone was hungry and the food was awful. Our Muslim colleagues did not have kosher meals, even after they raised this concern to the one who was in charge. hotel rooms were cold with no heat inside.

Pros

Relocation was offered for Russian employees

Cons

Employees were told that there would be relocation to Portugal, but then it occurred that it is only for R&D department. Less then a year later they cut off life allowance thus making people pay for a "house from home" that is extremely expensive in Armenia. Sport and transport won't be covered either. All this was announced 2 weeks in advance. Contract signed for work from home turned into 2 days in office and later might change to 4 days in office. Relocation is offered to Turkey (with earthquakes) and Romania, where employee needs to go alone and family can join after 8 months. In both locations schools are not covered and international schools are extremely expensive. No compensation to leave is offered in Yerevan either. They treat people like pigs...
