Pay was reasonable Lower and Mid management were reasonable and respectful Working with fellow engineers was enjoyable

Cons

1. CEO and above that made bad decisions like cutting people that have worked at the company for years. I wasn't one of them, but I saw 200 people get cut right before I left. They made policies for folks that stayed that were too difficult and were never obtainable in the entire history of my employment, which were all verified by factual statistics. 2. Not enough opportunities for folks that actually want to succeed in an IT career 3. Bad work life balance

Inside sales is a feudal state with a lot of politics and blind hierarchy. All hail the leader. If your manager pleases their manager, your team is favored. If your manager doesn't, your team is in trouble. People are being fired and promoted based on favoritism among other reasons. A lot of stress and focus on activities in inside sales. Read the other reviews. It's a call center. HR people are there solely to protect the employer's interests. Forget about the employee's point of view. They will make your life miserable. Their leadership is awful. No surprise they have the highest attrition in the organization. It is common to hear sexist remarks from the various levels of leaders. It is common to be judged based on your nationality. If you are into that kind of experience, they hire :)

won't then ever I expected this concern. I thought it would be great for work culture but it's worst then any other concerns did even they do micro managing even worst they looking your browser history for what you did. This is something sit I ever seen any other company before. They do have lot of hidden while taking inside after they will show them a face. definitely I won't recommend any other friends

Micro managing checking browser history of your laptop no work culture at all lot of hidden in the interview then they do like school test
