      Pays well and you can advance career

      Cons

      A lot of excel management. No working from home. Unreasonable demands. Micromanagement taken to art levels. If you do overtime to solve issues and get late in the office the next day it will mean you just came late in office. Anyone can steal your accounts if they are n good relation with upper management so you will not reach quota but they will overachieve Impossible quotas by the way.

      Pros

      Nice office and great local colleagues. Standard benefits for the industry, but at least for some departments they do allow quite flexible times.

      Cons

      You get micromanaged to the extreme. Not enough people hired for the amount of work. And the colleagues form the company's main office act like they are the boss. Every single one. There's very little internal promotion, as they prefer to hire managers directly, but with no skills of people management. So the stress levels are super high.
