      Cons

      Too many accounts to manage, managers aren’t knowledgeable and will take your ideas as their own. I decided to leave after working with them.

      Pros

      Base salary is good compared to some mid-tier companies. But this is changing too. They are also introducing variable now. The variable part will be totally based on how your repo is with ur manager and not on any technical aspect.

      Cons

      1. Officially documented PIP culture 2. No job security. 3. Too much micro-management. 4. You will have to butter your manager throughout the day. 5. Negligible technical expertise in any domain. People will do what they like and not what's best available.
