      Great company and product, weak people management

      Pros

      Ratmir and Andrei are inspiring persons, the product is very simple while very powerful. When it comes to R&D - everything is perfect there.

      Cons

      It's not so good in other departments. Company suffers of extra high growth and instead of bringing in new top-level positions it should organize and value existing talents. The level of uncertainty is very high and sometimes mid-level decisions are made based on personal feelings without good reasoning (and sometimes against it).

      Pros

      The marketing tagline "It Just Works" says it all. The product is hands down the best out there.

      Cons

      The CEO won't get out of his own way. His need to touch and own everything will be his undoing. He surrounds himself with yes men and disempowers those who may be able to take the company to the next level.

      Great opportunity and engineering culture, but focus drifting from the customer

      Pros

      Base salary. Some teams have extremely talented engineers. Pretty good balance between Tech, Business and Product (historically, at least).

      Cons

      Overtly pursuing IPO but anyone below Director level has little-to-no skin in the game. Performance bonus average-to-low for PM. After some recent changes, upper management seems to have shifted to a very short term footing for IPO. Overly focused on what Wallstreet Analysts have to say about strategic shift, with little interest in what existing customers think. Sprawling org chart: it takes time to locate the actual decision makers that have a veto. Internal Sales/CRM tech and integrations move very slowly. International workforce means uneven working hours.
