      Pros

      1.Big company 2.Good reputation 3.Enough space to expand expertise as a specialist 4.Good salary, but depends on country 5. Flexible working hours, but depends on position

      Cons

      1. You can't work remotely from different country. 2. You cannot be hired for a new position in the company if it is located in another county. 3. The company does not approve of moving to another country, even if you want to do so on your own. 4. Employees are laid off every year (50-200 people every January).

      Once the best company in the city, now losing it's charm

      Pros

      Flexible when working from home, only 1 day per week mandatory at the office; very good private health insurance package and big budget on benefits platform; you can self manage your daily schedule, not overloaded with meetings etc

      Cons

      no chance to work remotely from outside of Romania around 35% of the salary is based on commission that is changed annually, during my 4 years of working I had the 2nd and 3rd year when I had my salary lower by 10%. The higher management is changing rules of sales and commission quarterly, hard to keep up with all of those sometimes big push to upsell even if you are technically in the renewal department

      -team members are good, helpful and willing to share resources with each other -generous pay, balanced work life

      Cons

      -least engagement from HRBP, No timely update on latest company policies & news -limited rooms for promotion, not encouraging for people who are inspired in pursuing high career growth
