Pros

If you are smart enough Veeam will help you growing. There is a good educational program and documentation. There is some kind of completion among the top performers, but people help each other when there is a hard case. If you are new to the team, you can ask a question to anybody. Onboarding is usually a long period of 3-6 (depending on the position). Sometimes engineers leave the company. Usually, they do so when they get the best offer. Most of the time they send a farewell e-mail to thank the team. Sometimes they come back, and they are welcomed. The actions of the company show that the employees are considered as a valuable resource and the company tries to keep them.

Cons

Some restrictions regarding the physical presence. Like you should live 2 hours away from the office at max. There are plenty of offices around the globe, but switching the office has been always an exception and not a rule.

- the team is a group of professionals - the manager is ready to help (probably, depending on the team) - detailed onboarding process - opportunities for self-development and growth - benefits (additional medical insurance for employees and their non-working family members, meal vouchers) - modern office with good equipment, snacks, and places to relax

Cons

- budget for internal clubs has been recently cut
