      Pros

      Very positive about (real) culture, challenging work, the office and the management. A critical mindset is very valued and as a junior employee you are motivated to be highly critical, which is beneficial for both you and the company. The company is mature and helpful for junior employees.

      Cons

      Long multi-round application process, which can be a negative if you are out in the later round. Aside form that nothing that can be said in public, only more specific nuanced things. But they are very minor.

      The pros are so outweighed by the cons. that it doesn't even matter.

      Cons

      It's getting worse and worse. Micro management to. Focus on quality -there isn't . Volume, numbers and Audit to be happy. That's all that matters.
