      Pros

      Best thing is the people, they are focused on work, but they also know to relax. Made the best friends here :)

      Cons

      The usual corporate stuff. Some people are promoted or praised without earning it fully. Most likely, this is because the managers don’t get involved in the day to day work, of course, resulting in a good thing since they are not doing that much micro management.
