      Great team, great atmosphere, fare rewards, strong Product, market leader company, fast growing

      Cons

      After 5 years not easy to grow if Team is not expanding or it is mature, specially for those who want to become a team leader

      Great place to work on interesting and challenging projects

      Pros

      Working here for already 12 years. It's more like a family. New great features each year, challenging technologies in the data backup/restore and server side technologies. As qa team member you are responsible for everything starting from deploying infrastructure to test plannig, execution, negotiations with Dev team and product managers

      Cons

      You are strictly narrowed to some one's field tech's.
