      A very demanding environment

      -great benefits -plenty of room for growth -fun environment (or at least it used to be)

      Cons

      -micromanagement -too many tasks that are not filtered by mid-level management and are all escalated to the team as urgent, while in reality it's often about keeping KPIs clean, and gives no value to the customer -internal competition between departments (sales and renewals) -it's gradually becoming a call center
