Pros

Met a few nice people, fun environment if you’re young, free snacks, yearly company meeting.

Cons

Young people promoted to management positions because they are in the “click” , with no experience. Big turnover in employees. Different rules for those in the “club” than the other staff. This is a place of employment, not for hooking up. Internal relationships lead to favoritism.

Pros

Excellent works by environment. Very laid back on dress code but they expect you to come in and do your job which creates a great working vibe. The managers as a whole care about their employees and help you succeed. Sometimes you think they don't do anything but they really do care. Veeam took a chance on me without prior sales experience and allowed me to prove myself and further my career while learning vital skills as a salesperson. If you care and try to work hard to earn your keep, you will have the avenues to succeed. Lastly, the product is second to none and you can rest easy that you are selling an innovative, best of breed solution that will help your customers business and save money and time. No force sells at this company. Top of the market and we know it. Also, the health insurance starts the day you start and Salesforce is the main program we use which is great and powerful. Lots of money invested in making things easier and better to sell the product.

Cons

The office is boring and you will have to endure the corporate garbage from time to time. Also the ADP clock in and out is useless and a waste of money. Call metrics are dumb but every company has some form of it. Hit your calls and close business and you will rise fast.

Pros

You do get a good Technical background and if you can survive the metrics you can obtain good outbound calling skills.

Cons

You can start to feel like you work to make money for the field, even the managers won't deny that the field is doing little and making money and going to club on the backs of the inside. Open hostility between the two groups.
