      Pros

      Opportunity, if just getting started in the market or unemployed (as someone mentioned lol) . Not sure how it is now, but was once full of opportunity, especially for the uniformed new grads who are mostly clueless and are happy to not work a blue collar or retail job. Maybe 2 team leads (AA) who are amazing out of 6.

      Cons

      -Undertone prejudice, 70 different directions, overlooks hardworking individuals for pretty ass (and there are some) or the right family connection or look. - Not straight forward with compensation. Relies on defunct team leads (who call themselves mgmt)

      Pros

      The only pro is the one star I have given this company in my rating. I tried to give no stars but it didn't seem to work.

      Cons

      What's the word maximum here? Screwed up company. "Are we in the USA or Russia?" is what I find myself asking all too often. I can seriously say that any & all positive reviews here must have been written by management to make it look like a nice, decent, fulfilling place to work. Ha! Consider yourself forewarned.
