      Great culture - questionable work-ethic

      Pros

      Great culture and friendly vibe in the office. Really great colleagues and friendly approachable management. Good place to start career.

      Cons

      First of all for entry level ISA's, pay is terribly low. All other IT sales organisations in Sydney pay at least 10K more. Company culture is too relaxed. Sales team generally are complacent and lack drive to achieve. No pressure from management to change momentum. Also existing talent seems to be undervalued.

      great team of professional and like-minded people, awesome product - best in its niche, possibilities for professional growth and development, thought leadership. Compensation is good and based on individuals' performance.

      growth pains, new random people in top management, causing instabilities in routine processes.
