      Pros

      Only pro I can genuinely think of is the fact that they provide treats and snacks during quarter end.

      Cons

      In my department the communication level that my supervisor held was terrible. He was not transparent whatsoever. It almost seemed like he had bottled all his frustrations up and finally unleashed it once there was a trigger.

      - Due to the rapid growth of the company, there is also a lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth within the company. - Great teams and training upon hiring - Travel to meet locally with partners, resellers and distributors

      Cons

      - Expense policy is a bit burdensome - The rapid growth of the company is hard to maintain and update customers/partners of changes to policies and product portfolio - Management's interaction with their employees is limited - Lack of close cooperation of field and inside teams
