Tons of layers of sales support and even more management over that. The lack of actual leadership across departments is breathtaking. Everything is complicated and basic job functions become difficult with so many people all trying to do the same thing.

Every one treated their jobs as just that, a job. They might as well of been mopping floors with the moral as low as it was. I worked there for over 2 years and at first I didnt notice it because it was my first corporate type job, I had only owned small businesses before Veeam. But it became clear no one was motivated and in 2018 they have lost 20 something percent of their sales force. Many different reasons; pay, being held back for being good at your job, disconnected management, lies, frustration with the speed the company moves to fix internal issues.
