Complete micro-management at all levels - The only way they think to get things done is to stand over you. No personal connection from management to employees - you're a warm body to do things. There's no strategy or planning beyond 3 months and the codebase is terrible because of knobs and switches added for every customer feature. Managers berate employees in public spaces, talk down to them in meetings and generally don't have any people skills. Recruitment is a joke and the growth plan to 10000 people by 2025 is absurd. As has been said so many times in reviews... its a toxic environment. Cronyism is rampant. Upper management values length of service over everything.

I am pretty convinced they want to brainwash you. Your are a Veevan. First and foremost. It has a cult-like feel. I would go to meetings and feel like I should be wearing a uniform....everyone wears Orange. It's weird. Also, a "good-ol boy" company. If you are not part of the "in-crowd" forget, zero career advancement/opportunity. Which is why I left.
