      Pros

      stress-free work, not too much responsibilities, once a week lunch paid by the company, 1 hour lunch break

      Cons

      no home office, rather a monotonous job that could be easily automatized by web scrapping, no possibility of promotion

      * Interesting and challenging work - building Enterprise Cloud Software that is scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable * Great relationship between Product Team and Engineering team. Engineer are encouraged to get involved in the design early and provide feedback to help reach best product design. * Creates impactful products that helps critical mediations to be released quicker * Ability to make an impact in a short period of time. Team is always releasing features and applications and a fast rate with a startup mentality * Great location if you are living close to the East Bay * Amazing financials - just look at the stock performance over the last 3 years

      * This company is looking for high performers and it is not the place to go and hide

      Pros

      Good company outlook, stock price is doing well, free lunch, unlimited PTO. Overall, friendly work culture and good work life balance in you're in the right team.

      Cons

      Management only cares about stock price and profit. No discretionary spending and leadership believes as long as the stock price keeps going up, people should be happy. Many mid and senior level managers came from same companies and if you're not part of the circle, there is very little opportunity to progress. The CEO is a micro manager, he still approves most of the new hires. He doesn't care whether employees are happy or not, his view is, if people are not happy or doesn't agree with him, they can leave.
