      Probably the worst company I have worked for in my 20+ year work history.

      Pros

      Stock options while shares are doing well... no guarantees though and quite whack of withholding tax!

      Cons

      Where do I start? Comp package is a joke for what is expected of you. Too much work not enough people to do it and so you Carry the work of 5-6 people so forget having a personal life at all. Lots of cliques and not enough bonding. You never really “belong” People pretend to be happy here when in fact they want to leave as soon as they have found another job or are waiting to retire from the money they will make from the shares.

      Management is nice and tries to keep morale up by having a reward system. A good job to have for a short term.

      Cons

      Very repetitious work that will not benefit your future career path. The data steward role is not a long term kind of job.
