Veeva has a very unique, positive culture. It's hard to describe - something like calm & collected meets innovative & ambitious. The people here are all eager to help build the best products possible. During my interview, they asked questions about me as a person, not just a professional. There's a sense that people actually care about each other here, which is not the case at many software companies. In the field, the work environment is very autonomous, leadership is inspiring, and they have a rock solid strategy and vision for growth long term. Great company and fun journey to be a part of.

Customer Success really does come first. If you want to try something new, tackle a new challenge, or see something you think can be done in a better way, as long as you can show that it is the right thing for customers, you will have the support to do it. Veeva is a great place for people who are entrepreneurial and for those who are "A" players. Many very smart, driven people work here...which means you are surrounded by really great people who do their jobs well.
