      Pros

      -Smart, A level talent -Excellent products that work as promised (sure there are some growing pains) -Great, smart, hands on CEO who is sincere, down to earth but also has deep technical chops -Happy, enthusiastic customers (still can't get over how enthusiastic they are) -People are friendly, willing to help, and not many big egos from what I've seen so far. -Not too big, not too small, still acts like a startup -I've worked any many tech companies and this is one of, if not the best so far.

      Cons

      -Plenty of work to go around, up to you to keep your work/life balance in check -Depends on which group you are in but I've had a great experience so far.

      Pros

      A young motivated company where the opportunities are greater than the time you have to pursue them. Free lunches are healthy and tasty and the new building is buzzing. Great place for someone who has initiative and experience.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a young company. Harnessing the energy and the organization in one direction. Not as structured as a large company (which is also a pro).
