      High growth environment, great place for new grads

      Pros

      People are awesome! It is possible to spearhead projects even you are relatively new since there are a lot of opportunities within. As a new grad, I learn a lot everyday working here. And the company encourages personal growth, you can reimburse up to 2% of annual salary to career related development.

      Cons

      Average pay compare to same industry companies. Team quality varies, some teams need to work on transparency . Pace could be a little bit slow sometimes.

      The coworkers are great and the social environment is great (people are very friendly)

      Cons

      Management does not practice what they preach. Unless you are a developer, you are neglected in terms of pay.

      Not the same company as it was before...

      Pros

      - nice, modern offices - flexible working hours and location (unlimited home office possibility) - some nice people

      Cons

      - changed to the worse recently due to serious salary reductions for the Budapest office - management sells the bad in a way that it sounds good at the end - career progression is almost zero, except if you are a good friend of senior managers - the old Veeva values are out of touch by now.... the only thing that matters is speed. Employee success appears to be an odd thing these days (it used to be a basic value) - By 2018 Veeva became like the other big multinational companies, using Hungary to have part of the everyday job done at a lower price
