      Talented, inspiring colleagues Managed to keep the positives of a start up company for long React quickly and effectively for customers' needs

      Dramatically changed the management attitude recently It seems the company can not keep its own values anymore

      - fast growing - challenging work, never bored - career opportunities - colleagues are amazing across the globe, talented, helpful and overall great people

      Cons

      - work-life balance: not much room left for life - discrimination against Eastern Europe - with around 80 successful consultants working with global customers and playing an important role in customer success, many of our salaries got cut by 30% in the name of standardising rates - it looks like rates only had to be standardised in Budapest. All this happened while growth of the company is quite impressive every quarter.
