      - Free lunch everyday - Lots of parking

      Cons

      - High stress - Low pay - Dismissive CMO - You will not have a voice unless you are a VP - Expect to receive calls on the weekend - A LOT of micromanaging. There is only one way to do things. - A very painful experience and I hope others do not have to go through the same. HR, if you see this, marketing leadership can benefit from leadership training, and empathy to avoid high turnover rates, unhappy past employees, and just a negative work culture!
