      - Supportive Managers - Great Work - Learning Fast paced - Senior Management is very reachable

      - Not many team building activities - Very Lean team model

      The people are great and work hard but Veeva is not as great as management thinks

      Pros

      The building is nice and free lunch is great.

      Cons

      Sr Management needs to support their staff. You hire a staff member, let them do there job and support them. If you don't agree with Sr Management you will find yourself being replaced. The Sr Management if very disrespectful and don't care about your time or worth. Free lunch is nice but not to let employees have sugar drinks or white rice at meals shows you don't care about your employees. The attitude of its my way or the highway , does not build a great company to work for.
