Serious lack of internal resources to assist growth ambitions Employees not setup for success - no onboarding, training etc US centric that hinders growth and opportunity in other markets. Poor culture that lacks identity, ownership and passion Too tech/product focused vs understanding and needs and importance of sales/marketing organization Management too focussed on wrong battles & managing up - lack experience in high growth companies looking to scale

Quality People and Meaningful Mission

Pros

-Little to no politics -Quality team of engineers -CEO is hands-on -Mission primarily serves to help people -Creative freedom is encouraged -I haven't had to buy groceries in four months (breakfast, lunch and packed dinners are great) -Office space and cafeteria are incredibly nice -People seem to genuinely care throughout the organization -Stock continues to perform well and 2017 guidance is encouraging -I enjoy coming to work everyday and there is a lot to be said for that

-Average base pay and benefits -Hiring process is often arduous -Limited brand awareness outside of niche space

Some executives are ethical & professional. Product has a niche market. High growth company.

Cons

The interviewing process is highly disorganized & unprofessional. HR does not come in the picture at all, which is weird. People from company keep calling you in between interviews. No respect for time. There are some good people around, but the rest are unprofessional & high handed. Waste of time.
