Pros

Quickly growing company that values transparency and providing growth opportunities. I genuinely have a strong understanding of how the business is doing and what our main KPIs and goals are so we can perform as a team.

Cons

Growing very quickly, so need to keep up with business needs! I have seen the commitment from the company leadership team though to make sure everyone has the resources needed to succeed.
