I've been with Veho for just over 6 months. This is the most exciting and dynamic job that I have ever had. I am building a new market from the ground up. My management team is hands off and lets me have the autonomy that I desire and need to thrive in a fast paced start up environment. The CEO and leadership team have really created something special here in regards to the culture, as they hold the Human value higher than anyone/anywhere I've ever worked with/been. Human is center to everything we do, internally and externally, and you can really feel that on a day to day. Never before have I worked in an organization with so many support structures in place, cross functionally between departments. Sometimes you have 3 or 4 different departments working together to ensure the end customer, and client alike have the best possible delivery experience from start to finish. What an exciting time to be at the company as we aim to take off in the coming months and years. Leadership strongly believes in the ownership value and in turn offers every single employee stock options for equity into the company. How awesome is that? I can truly say I love working for Veho, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday.
