      - Work with smart people on cutting edge technology. - Work on whatever technology is most interesting to you. - Lots of career growth opportunity. - The benefits are the best I've ever seen. - The company has an excellent vision, and a compelling mission. - Management is open to feedback and willing to make adjustments as needed.

      - Because the company is growing very fast, there is sometimes chaos and confusion. - Often priorities shift, so a project prototype may sit on the shelf for months before I get back to it. - Foul language in the office.
