      Pros

      There are many benefits to working at Ridgeline first being the encouragement to use your strengths to benefit the company. Ridgeline is a very open company that wants you to use your strengths to help the company grow. They encourage you to learn and everyone is more than willing to help you grow and learn to not only better the company, but also to better yourself. Ridgeline is great with small multiversed teams which allows them to develop and build unique technology solutions. The company is very well structured and takes care of the needs of their employees.

      Cons

      Honestly I have nothing negative to input about the company as I truly love and am excited to work for and with Ridgeline International.

      Pros

      I've worked for several mid-size and large government contractors and Ridgeline is like no other. Although it does business with government customers, it is nothing like big GovCon. Here are the pros: Benefits- These are the best I have ever seen, tons of unique benefits in addition to an amazing 401(k) plan. Culture- This place actually has one. You're not hired to work on just one government contract here, you will work across several. You're also likely to work in the company’s office space instead of on a customer site. Because of this, there is so much more interaction and you get to know people and collaborate across the company. Leadership- The leadership is aligned, they share information with the employees and they care about more then just growth. Innovation- This company makes things customers actually use and they aren’t afraid to invest in R&D if they think they can solve a problem for a customer. Perks- There is cold brew coffee on tap, sparkling waters, snacks, a cool office space. Monthly happy hours!

      Cons

      We are growing really fast so like other reviews on here state, you need to be ready to adapt as the company refines the way it does things. The good news is that if you suggest an improvement it will probably get implemented.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for 2 years and I can honestly say I enjoy just about everything here. I compare this environment to a piece of clay as we are able to mold and shape our company into the product we want it to be. All of the people here are cool to work with and I've made a few friends along the way. In all, I'm glad I took a chance with this company and I am proud to have the opportunity to perform the most rewarding tasks associated with the work.

      Cons

      The company is still growing and adapting which means there are times when policy or other guidelines are adjusted. It doesn't happen often but I know the changes are for the better. In all, this really isn't a "con" as things must change for the better.
