Decent benefits, hard to get fired if you're not in management

Cons

Promotions are extremely rare and if they happen, do not expect any kind of salary increase....just more responsibilities for the same amount of money.

This company is in New Hampshire to stay for the long term. Equipment updates keep this company in the forefront of their market. Paid holidays, paid vacations, and paid lunch and break a true 8 hour shift. 401K participation.

Like any other company, it depends on who you are working with, the employees, for the most part, make the task at hand enjoyable, in a professional work environment.
