My paychecks were on time. Only positive!

Beyond the yelling fits of company owner, the insanely long hours, and the lack of support, the company owners (one specifically) disrespects his employees in the worst of ways.

* Not really micromanaged * Amazing place to learn and grow * There was somewhat career mobility * Relaxed Dress Code * somewhat flexible * Dog policy = good dogs welcome

Cons

* management is the biggest drawback, career killer...Causes internal strife every day * Because of Mgt, people are scared * Management that management puts in last about 3-6 months, so constant turnover * You have the work life balance of a world renowned surgeon, on call 24/7 for below market pay * Pay can be 33-50% below market

Cons

Low pay. Not a good work life balance if you want to be promoted or get a raise higher than .30 cent. They have favorites. Disorganized. They want you to learn a large number of accounts with the same pay.
