Pros

I worked here as an attorney for 5+ years. I thought it was great firm to work for. It's not an AMLAW TOP 10 firm, but the quality of work is good and most of the attorneys were fun and down to earth.

Cons

Compensation can feel like its on the low end when compared to other AMLAW 100 firms. Bonuses are pretty paltry. Sometimes you have to work very long hours, but that's the reality of being a lawyer at any firm.

-Great office space with a top notch gym (with Peloton bikes) -Paid close to market (depending on practice area) with a predictable bonus (Either $4K/$5K/$6K for every 50 hours billed over 1900 billable hours (only 50 hours of pro bono hours count)) -Nice people for the most part -DC office has delicious food -Good quality of work with an ok amount of client interaction

Cons

-not good work-life balance (this goes for most top law firms)
