Pros

I did get a vacation package as an experienced professional when I was hired. Some of the staff and attorneys are wonderful. Great location.

Cons

Terrible culture among management that trickles down, no value in their staff, all for themselves type atmosphere, benefits and pay scale are not competitive for the size firm, terrible policies for staff, poor technology and resources

*Some really awesome people *Beautiful office *On-site cafeteria with pretty good food

Cons

*Really low standards for staff hiring *No way to distinguish yourself as an LAA - work hard or don’t work hard, it doesn’t matter - you’ll get the same raise either way *No transparency in compensation *Absolutely no standards wrt filing (physical or electronic) - impossible to find things unless you filed it yourself *LAAs are required to work 3 days per week in the office, whether it makes sense or not *Management talks a good game about wellness and diversity but not much real evidence that they care very much

- You will be busy. If you’re looking to work hard and show your talents, you will have the opportunity (don’t expect a lot of praise). - Great benefits. - Some really nice people.

Cons

- Some really difficult personalities and a lack of management response. (You should have tough skin.) - Don’t expect to move up if youre a staff member and you’re not in the BA or DC offices. - Perpetually understaffed.
