Good company but the 401(K) is bad

Pros

Everyone I've talked with at this company has been friendly, and they seem to care about their employees. They work with you to get the help you need, which is nice compared to some previous companies I've worked for.

Cons

Their 401(K) provider is horrible, and I've been locked out of my account for all but a week of my time working with this company. They also have not taken multiple co-workers' allegations of a toxic colleague seriously until it was brought up through other channels. That was pretty concerning.
