The contract with this company has been amazing so far. It has been 6 months and I can really tell how much they respect their employees. Which is very hard to find.

Cons

They can be stingy with their money when first offering you your position. So make sure you do your research before applying and know how much you are looking for.

Cons

Everything from interview to in-processing to monthly reports was done either over the telephone or electronically. Never met the people I work for.
