Pros

The contract with this company has been amazing so far. It has been 6 months and I can really tell how much they respect their employees. Which is very hard to find.

Cons

They can be stingy with their money when first offering you your position. So make sure you do your research before applying and know how much you are looking for.

Pros

I genuinely cannot think of a single positive thing to say about Venesco.

Cons

Venesco is full of the most backstabbing, dishonest, awful people I've ever encountered. My manager at Venesco has a policy of never giving anything in writing so that he can walk back promises whenever he likes without repercussions. Expect mediocre pay and benefits, and to be ignored at every opportunity. If they do bother to say anything to you, assume they are lying to you. They made it extremely clear to me from day one that there is no opportunity for growth, no negotiations, and to shut up and take the crap they shovel.
