Cons

Your direct Manager, is a manager in name only. There isn’t any onboarding or training. You find out you’ve done something incorrectly after it’s always done, even if you ask for guidance beforehand. If you have to interact with management, do so preferably by email so you have a trail or record the phone call. Management will lie.

Pros

Management truly cares about their employees as individuals. The company thrives off a collaborative work style environment making everyone feel valued and like they have a voice in the room. Upper management is routinely involved throughout the work day, allowing for easier communication and decision making. There is plenty of room for growth as well as opportunity to switch your role if you find something else more intriguing. Venesco really wants employees to feel comfortable while contributing to success.
