      Pros

      Great people, friendly and super casual culture. Comp package is stellar. Tons of hiring due to growth and building new things!

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything especially when we are given the opportunity to work with extremely kind/intelligent people, fed healthy/real FREE food, encouraged to voice your concerns to leadership, and have fun at work.

      Pros

      Free Food Money is is not just good. Money is great!! There are some decent people. Work-Life balance is amazing because there is no expectation to actually work.

      Cons

      It's horrible. Nobody is being held accountable. YOu can do whatever You want, no consequences. Don't like to built a quality product? no problem. Don't care about the product? No problem. LITERALLY don't show up for work for 3 days a week? No problem. Carefuly that you don't cross anyone. Show initiative? Big problem. Offer better options? Bigger problem. Want a career and build good products? Don't come here, it WILL ruin you.

      Venmo has seen a lot of success over the past few years. The product continues to grow and gain popularity. Never a dull moment at Venmo.

      Cons

      Change is constant. Things move quickly at Venmo, and are constantly changing (maybe not a terrible thing).
