      Pros

      It's great to work at an industry leader, especially in the exciting world of payments. Venmo has many of the benefits of working at a start up (free food, flexible hours, remote work, swag) but at a public company (PayPal).

      Cons

      Lots of management changes, which I hope won't change the culture.

      Amazing Co-Workers They provide free, snacks, lunch and a Mac book computer Good pay

      Cons

      Management is non-existent You have not personal or free time If you are a minority (person of color) or woman good luck getting any say Very high-stress work environment, they want you to be the best without providing you any teachings, simply that you fail, you've failed forever
