I would have to say that Venterra is the absolute best company to work for. They provide a warm atmosphere and outstanding customer service. Every person matters at Venterra, no matter what position. Growth is not only possible but achievable and they PRAISE their employees. The Corporate team is amazing, even the CEO himself, Mr. Foresi. I brag about Venterra to all of my friends and family. It’s not just a place of work, it’s a life long career and passion. I wake up knowing that there is no better place I would rather be.

I've only worked for this company for 7 months and already moving up the ladder. At my last place I worked for 2.5 long years and was never appreciated as a hard worker. This place really notices all the work you do and awards work. As a maintenance tech that's huge.

Cons

Compared to my last place i cant think of one.

Great benefits and nice competitive bonus structure, great company values and clear statement of said values, involved and extensive training with experienced professionals. They very easy to communicate with, and are genuine about help with continued growth. The property is gorgeous, well maintained by a diligent and competent staff.

Cons

The interview process is thorough but very intensive.
