Great benefits and nice competitive bonus structure, great company values and clear statement of said values, involved and extensive training with experienced professionals. They very easy to communicate with, and are genuine about help with continued growth. The property is gorgeous, well maintained by a diligent and competent staff.

Cons

The interview process is thorough but very intensive.

Venterra clearly values its employees and its residents. I could tell just from the interview process that I had found something special, and I was proven right as soon as I started work.

Cons

The wages are competitive, but not the highest in the market. I believe its a fair sacrifice for the comfort and opportunity Venterra provides.
