Venterra is a great company to work with. I don't say "for" because we are a team and we work with each other. Management ensures every member of our Venterra team is equally important. Venterra has great benefits, great incentives and has been a pleasure to work with for the past 9 years.

Cons

There isn't a downside working for Venterra

Venterra is a company that promotes growth and education in it's employee's. They are committed to not only creating a unique and special culture but also to investing in their team.

Pros

Been here a little over a month and so far, it's been a pleasant experience. Great people and great environment to work in.

Cons

The only think I can think of that is negative is the commute. The Houston office is on 290 and traffic is terrible at times.
