Venterra Realty promotes a positive atmosphere that instills a great working environment. The company not only tries to exceed the expectations of their customers, but they also try to provide the needs of its employees! They encourage employee feedback and make work fun!

Cons

Sometimes employee evaluations are restrictive and offer little room for exceptions and/or adjustments. It is a very structured grading policy.

I absolutely love working for Venterra. We have a culture like no other. They truly care about you as an individual and it feels like a big family. I know that I have grown so much professionally while working with Venterra with the help of my amazing mentors. They really want to see you succeed. Recently I received a call from our COO to just tell me thank you for my service with our organization. That was just icing on the cake!

I only wished I found Venterra sooner!
