      Pros

      Venterra Truly cares about their employees and provides a fun atmosphere. There is always room for internal promotions, contest to win extra money, and tons of fun events. I started as a Leasing Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Manager after 1 year, and I am currently a Community Manager. I look forward to the years to come with the best place to work.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. Great place to work. Even when you are having a rough time, you have a huge team of employees ready to help.

      Simply the Best

      Pros

      Encourages open communication. Solicits feedback at meetings and via survey's. Quarterly Reviews. Everyone is treated with respect. Open lines of communication. Contests. Family Fun Day every year. Huge focus on customer service.

      Cons

      If you are a clock watcher, may not be the company for you. Insurance benefits not the best but in all fairness, unless you work for a company with a huge number of employees, no benefits are great these days. We did add 401K a few years ago and I am very excited about that.

      Feels like a family environment and true belief in a positive culture. A place where you really feel a part of the organization and recognized for your efforts.
