I am going on 3 years with Venterra and it is by far the best company that I have been employed with. Waking up every day to work with highly dedicated people that share the same goals is truly a pleasure. Venterra dedicates an overwhelming amount of effort to ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience to our residents. I can truly say that the same effort is given to employees, with providing development and growth we are able to promote with-in, allowing us to maintain a great culture.

I've worked for Venterra for over 8 years and it's the best decision I've made! Through my time I've learned many new things and Venterra continues to give my more career opportunities. I love the people I work with and all my superiors.

I have worked for Venterra going on 12 years and I would not change a thing. Everyone works really hard to excel in all they do and to help you excel in your position as well.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons to list, but what I can say is that this company is for people that truly enjoy helping others and really care about their customers. If you are not a people person, then this is probably not the job for you.
